Introduction

Hi, this is Andrea Cozzolino from Senza Wellness Foods. Today, we are going to be talking about something that is close to my heart, pizza.

Now, how about I show you how to make the world's best pizza in the comfort of your home kitchen. To do so, you need a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1kg of Senza Pizza Flour
  • 850ml of water
  • 50 grams of dried yeast
  • 30 grams of salt
  • 30 ml of extra virgin oil

Method

  • Add the water and the yeast to the mixer for 1 minute on low speed.
  • Then add your flour and salt. Mix at low speed for another 3 minutes.
  • Add the oil and continue mixing until the oil has absorbed into the dough.
  • Wear gloves and spray some oil onto the dough to help you remove it from the mixer.
  • Make a dough ball of 280grams for an 11 inch pizza.
  • Glad wrap your pizza ball to make sure the dough rises correctly and holds all the air.
  • Leave the dough to rise at 4 degrees from 4 to 24 hours.
  • Stretch the dough into an 11 inch disc pizza.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 280 or 300 degrees and cook it for around two minutes with no toppings.
  • Remove from the oven and add your favourite ingredients.
  • Leave a centimeter from the edge of the dough to reduce the risk of your toppings from burning.
  • Cook in the oven for another 4 minutes.
